Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most washing machines and related products purchased through our website filltopic.click, subject to the following conditions:

1.1 Return Period

  • You can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery for most products.
  • The product must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included with the return.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Products that have been modified or altered in any way.
  • Any custom orders or special items that are not part of our standard product offerings.
  • Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., detergents, cleaning products) are also non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you wish to return or exchange your product, please follow the steps below:

2.1 Contact Us

  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details about the product’s condition.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your return request is approved.

2.2 Prepare the Product for Return

  • Ensure that the product is packed securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Clearly label the return package with the Return Authorization Number (RAN) to prevent delays.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a traceable shipping method with insurance to cover the value of the item being returned. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for return and process the refund or exchange accordingly.


3. Refunds

Once we approve your return, we will issue a refund according to the following guidelines:

3.1 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.) used for the purchase.
  • It may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.

3.2 Refund Amount

  • If the return is approved, we will refund the full purchase price of the product minus any shipping and handling fees.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
  • For exchanges, the price difference between the new product and the returned product will be calculated. If the exchange product is more expensive, the customer will need to pay the difference. If the new product is less expensive, we will refund the difference.

3.3 Restocking Fees

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned products, depending on the condition of the product and the packaging.
  • Restocking fees will be deducted from the refunded amount for returns that are not due to an error on our part or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

  • We will either arrange for a replacement product or issue a full refund based on your preference.

5.2 Shipping Costs

  • If the product is damaged or defective, FillTopic will cover all return shipping costs, including return labels and any associated fees.
  • Once we confirm the damage or defect, we will either send you a replacement item or process a full refund, depending on your preference.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will be happy to cancel the order and issue a full refund. However, once the product has been shipped, it will need to go through the return process outlined above.
